Our Care and Coverage Team is composed of experienced, bilingual Healthcare Navigators who support community members in accessing essential public benefit programs and accessing healthcare they need. The team provides assistance with enrolling in and renewing Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, Covered California and offer supportive case management year around.
With deep knowledge of local resources, health coverage options, and enrollment processes our team provides trusted, one-on-one support in a language and manner that’s easy to understand. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to stay healthy and informed.
