The Healthcare Navigator plays a vital role in connecting individuals and families throughout Orange County to the health coverage and social services they need. Working at the intersection of community outreach and health access, this position guides consumers through the enrollment process for public supported programs including Covered California, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and CalWORKs—ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the care and benefits to which they are entitled.

Our Care and Coverage Team is made up of trusted, bilingual Healthcare Navigators who are part of the communities we serve. We’re here to walk alongside our neighbors and help connect individuals and families to the care and public benefits they need to thrive.
We offer year-round support with enrolling in and renewing programs like Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, and Covered California, along with ongoing, personalized case management. Whether you’re applying for the first time or just have questions, we’re here for you.
Because we understand the unique needs of our community, we provide one-on-one guidance in a language and way that feels comfortable and easy to understand. We take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
