PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Workforce and Workforce Development Program aims to address workforce shortages and build sustainable career pathways in healthcare by recruiting, developing, and retaining a skilled and diverse workforce. It supports community health centers by enhancing staff capacity and creating opportunities for professional growth. Through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, leadership training, and workforce resilience initiatives, the program ensures that health centers can effectively meet the evolving needs of the communities they serve.
OBJECTIVES
